The leases include a 30,255-square-foot renewal with WSP, a global engineering and professional services firm; a 14,700-square-foot lease with FEI Group, a leading national network of interior finish contractors specializing in flooring and cabinetry; and a 19,840-square-foot lease with The Emory Clinic, Inc.

The Northwest submarket has posted positive absorption in five of the last six quarters, reflecting steady leasing activity and demand. Over the last two years, Northwest Atlanta has ranked second among all metro submarkets for quarterly leasing velocity, and it continued that momentum in Q3 2025 with 118,276 square feet of positive absorption.
