Chapco Design Build, a division of Jim Chapman Construction Group, welcomes Mandy Kronawitter as its Operations Manager. With over 20 years of industry experience, Kronawitter is a strong choice to lead daily accounting, estimating and bidding operations. 

“Mandy’s expertise in project management and cost accounting will play a key role in driving our next chapter of growth,” said Jay Kiger, President of Chapco Design Build. “She brings proven knowledge of the commercial construction industry and an unmatched passion for client success. We are excited to have her on the Chapco team as we close out our first year of business and take on new projects.”

Before joining Chapco Design Build, Kronawitter worked extensively in the multifamily and commercial construction sectors, including roles with McKinley Homes, Pivotal Retail Group and MLS Property Management. 

Kronawitter has been instrumental in several of Chapco’s recent projects, including the amenity center at Quinn Residences at Snapping Shoals in Georgia and Nestledown Farms in Huntsville, Alabama and the Take 5 Oil Change in Milledgeville, Georgia.

Kronawitter holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University.
