Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a 100%-employee-owned, privately held professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and nearly 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is pleased to welcome Natalie Sitz as Permit Coordinator and Damien McCue as Designer in the Civil Department to the firm’s Buford office.

Natalie Sitz brings a well-rounded professional background supporting teams in operations, marketing, and administrative leadership. As a Permit Coordinator, she will be responsible for preparing applications and tracking the permitting process, coordinating between the engineering design team, developers, and regulatory agencies to help ensure smooth project approvals and timely submittals.

Damien McCue is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has experience in both commercial and residential land development, bringing technical skills and a strong foundation in site design to the Buford civil team. As a Civil Designer, Damien will assist in preparing site development construction drawings, support engineering design for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure, and contribute to permit applications for a variety of project types.
