Ardent Sells Final Retail Parcel at East Village in Roswell

The Ardent Companies (Ardent), a privately held real estate firm based in Atlanta, today announced the sale of the final retail parcel at East Village, a mixed-use redevelopment located along Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell, Georgia. The transaction marks the completion of Ardent’s investment in the project.
Ardent acquired the 268,000 SF underperforming shopping center previously anchored by Target and completed a comprehensive strategic redevelopment over approximately five years. Major value-add initiatives at acquisition included the relocation of Dollar Tree, which enabled the subdivision of the property into distinct parcels for residential and retail uses. An early sale of the multifamily parcel addressed the growing housing demands of the East Roswell community, while a thoughtful re-tenanting strategy across the retail center drove tenant interest and participation. These efforts culminated in the property achieving 100% occupancy at the time of sale. The transaction reflects sustained demand for thoughtfully positioned retail that serves daily needs in fast-growing suburban communities.
