City of Peachtree Corners Recognized for Leadership in Intelligent Transportation

The City of Peachtree Corners has been recognized for its outstanding dedication to ITS Georgia, honoring its exemplary leadership, volunteer service, and commitment to ongoing education in the field of intelligent transportation systems.
The award was presented to City Public Works Director Greg Ramsey, who currently serves as Chair of the 2027 ITS Georgia Annual Meeting and as the Student Chapter Liaison for the ITS Georgia Board.
The recognition was presented for the City’s involvement in managing preparations for the 2027 annual meeting, showcasing local smart mobility innovations at the 2025 ITS World Congress, and supporting student chapters across the region.
The recognition also reflects the City’s ongoing partnership with ITS Georgia, including hosting numerous ITS Georgia meetings at City Hall and the Curiosity Lab, further reinforcing the city’s role as a hub for smart mobility and transportation innovation.
