Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is pleased to welcome Shelley Baldwin to the firm’s Atlanta office as an Environmental Designer.

Shelley is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2021. He began his career at HBK Engineering, gaining experience in utility infrastructure projects. In addition, Shelley has supported hydroponic and aquaponic system setup and troubleshooting, further expanding his technical range.

As an Environmental Designer, Shelley will assist in the preparation of construction plans, specifications, reports, studies, supporting documentation, and cost estimates. He will contribute to water and sewer utility, drainage, and erosion control design, and support permit applications in accordance with company and industry standards, methodologies, and guidelines.
