Atlantic Station is building momentum across its retail lineup unveiling new openings, expansions and relocations, that reinforce its role as the go-to gathering place for experiences, shopping and dining in West Midtown.
The announced mix includes MINISO, Repeat ATL, En Vogue Nail Bar, Gocha’s All Day, Playa Bowls Busy Bee Café and Art Station ATL. This mix reflects Atlantic Station’s continued focus on curating a balanced mix of fashion, food and service-driven experiences as part of a thoughtful leasing strategy designed to serve residents, visitors and the broader Atlanta community.
“Twenty years in, and Atlantic Station remains one of Atlanta’s most vibrant and evolving destinations,” said Vikram Mehra, Senior Managing Director, Hines. “Our goal has always been to balance what’s new and noteworthy with what our community already loves. Welcoming innovative global brands like MINISO alongside the continued success of long-time tenants reflects the property’s broader vision – creating a place that grows with Atlanta and consistently delivers meaningful experiences for our community.”
As Atlantic Station looks ahead, the following openings, expansions and relocations highlight that momentum.
Global lifestyle brand MINISO is now open at the corner of Atlantic Drive and 17 ½ St. across from the newly relocated and expanded Atlanta United and Falcons Team Store. The 4,000-square-foot store brings its playful mix of home essentials, beauty items, plush toys, tech accessories and seasonal collections to the community with an ever-evolving assortment of fun, affordable and design-forward goods in a bright, playful environment designed for discovery and everyday convenience.
Slated to open in Spring 2026, Gocha’s All Day will bring a new, all-day dining concept from acclaimed Atlanta restaurateur and television personality Gocha Hawkins to Atlantic Station. Located adjacent to Azotea Cantina near Atlantic Green, the over 5,000-square-foot restaurant will combine the fan-favorite menus of Gocha’s Breakfast Bar and Gocha’s Tapas Bar under one roof, creating a seamless day-to-night dining experience designed to fit naturally into the neighborhood’s rhythm. Guests can expect signature dishes including chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits and tapas-style plates, along with a full beverage program.
Playa Bowls – set to open this summer– will bring its fresh, feel-good fare, including açaí bowls, smoothies, juices and cold brew, to the walkable Midtown neighborhood. With more than 40 offerings, the extensive menu features blends made with powerhouse ingredients such as açaí, pitaya, coconut, kale, banana, oatmeal and mango, with options accommodating Whole30, Keto and Paleo diets. The new eatery will be located in Eat Alley near Atlantic Green and will mark the brand’s 14th Georgia location.
Repeat ATL, a locally-owned streetwear and lifestyle boutique, is now open in a new, expanded, 2,500-square-foot location next to Kilwins. A favorite among locals and visitors, the retailer’s relocation reflects its continued growth and deep connection to the Atlantic Station community.
En Vogue Nail Bar (now Lush Nail Bar), a staple in the development for premium beauty services, will also relocate and expand in 2026, growing into a new 3,223-square-foot space near AT&T. The new location will offer an enhanced service menu and elevated guest experience, underscoring the brand’s confidence in Atlantic Station’s long-term vision and commitment to serving the local community.
Atlantic Station’s Artists-in-Residence, Artsy Elaine and Sway Jones – known for their signature pops of color and uplifting energy – are bringing Art Station ATL to life in a new 1,500-square-foot studio and gallery on the corner of Atlantic Drive near the Twelve Hotel. Guests can see vibrant installations taking shape and discover colorful works throughout the property, reinforcing the district’s focus on creativity and public art. The space will also host open studio hours, hands-on workshops and classes designed to engage the community and offer visitors an inside look at the artistic process.
Together, these openings and expansions mark an exciting next chapter for Atlantic Station, as the district continues to evolve with fresh retail, dining and service experiences that are designed to grow with and inspire our community.
