Chapco Design Build, a division of Jim Chapman Construction Group, closed 2025 with significant growth and an expanding presence across the Southeast. The firm’s expertise in amenity construction, light industrial projects and retail centers continues to set it apart in the region. 

Chapco Design Build launched eight new projects in 2025, including amenity centers at Wildflower in Chattanooga, TN; Wren’s Hollow in Pooler, GA; Quinn Residences at Snapping Shoals in McDonough, GA; The Cottages at Capital Circle in Tallahassee, FL; The Cottages at Villa Rica in Villa Rica, GA; The Cottages at Dawsonville in Dawsonville, GA; and Creekside Cottages in Opelika, AL; as well as a Take 5 Oil Change in Milledgeville, GA, which was completed in just four months.

This year, Chapco is set to break ground on four additional amenity projects: Heartwood at Richmond Hill in Richmond Hill, GA; The Cottages at Loxley in Loxley, AL; Summerfield Cottages in Wildwood, FL; and Clearwater Lake in Aiken, SC.
