Wednesday, February 25th, 2026

Covenant House Georgia (CHGA), the leading nonprofit serving young people experiencing homelessness and escaping trafficking in Metro Atlanta, announced today the launch of a national search for its next Chief Executive Officer. The search follows the December leadership transition of longtime CEO, Dr. Alieizoria Redd, who led the organization for nearly eight years.

“Alie led CHGA with heart, courage and an unwavering commitment to our young people,” said Ben Deutsch, chair of CHGA’s board of directors. “She strengthened our programs, expanded our reach, transformed our campus and guided this community through some of its toughest moments.  Her impact is deep, lasting and felt in every corner of this organization. As we look ahead, we are committed to identifying a leader who will build upon this strong foundation and guide CHGA into its next chapter of growth and impact.”

To ensure stability and continuity during this period, Keith D. Bostick, MSW, has assumed the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer. Bostick brings more than 40 years of human services leadership experience at the state and county levels and is providing steady guidance while the search process moves forward.

“We are fortunate to have someone with Keith’s experience and leadership guiding us during this transition,” added Deutsch. “Our programs are strong, our leadership team is deeply experienced, and our commitment to Atlanta’s young people remains unwavering. Launching a national search allows us to attract exceptional candidates aligned with our vision to end youth homelessness and journey our young people home.”

In addition to Deutsch, a retired executive from The Coca-Cola Company, the Search Committee is comprised of the following CHGA board members:

  • Kimberley Euston, Founder, Vixen Capital Advisors
  • Jenni Hawkins, Vice President, Customer Care, Gas South
  • Brigitte Killings, Managing Director, Community & Business Development-South Division, JPMorgan Chase
  • David Lewis, President, David Lewis Productions
  • Lillie Louis-Fils, Executive Director, Bank of America
  • John Ridall, retired President, Southern Division, Comcast Cable

The Search Committee also includes Ginger Pryor, Chief Strategy Officer, Covenant House International and Courtney Underwood, Chief People and Culture Officer, Covenant House International.

The Search Committee has engaged DSG Global’s nonprofit practice (formerly DSG I Koya) to support the national search. Individuals can submit nominations or express personal interest in the opportunity via email at [email protected].
