Fulton County Releases 2026 Community Services Program Request for Proposals

The Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance on behalf of the Department of Community Development released the 2026 Community Services Program (CSP) Request for Proposals (RFP) on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. The CSP RFP seeks proposals from qualifying non-profit 501(c)3 and 501(c)19 organizations providing services to Fulton County Citizens related to the Service Categories identified as part of the RFP.

Organizations responding to the RFP are strongly encouraged to attend an upcoming Pre-Proposal Conference and Technical Assistance (T.A.) Workshop to receive detailed information regarding the Community Services Program RFP and to address questions and concerns.  Representatives from the Fulton County Department of Community Development and the Department of Purchasing & Contract Compliance will be available to discuss the project and to answer any questions. 

The T.A. Workshops will be held as follows.  Please RSVP for the preferred meeting date.
