Guinevere is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and advises private and public companies on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, finance, development and leasing. Her practice also spans domains that include land development, health care, senior living, manufacturing, distribution, education and retail. Guinevere has counseled Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. She is a go-to attorney for multistate and other complex real estate transactions, including the negotiation of corporate headquarters leases and other significant leasing matters.
Jenn is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group who represents companies, executives, law firms, and nonprofit organizations in high-stakes disputes involving trade secrets, intellectual property, employment law, and complex business litigation. She routinely handles sensitive matters such as trademark and trade secret disputes, restrictive covenant litigation, regulatory and compliance issues, procurement disputes, and law firm–related matters, bringing clarity and precision to matters that demand discretion, urgency, and strategic insight.
Rod is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, working closely with clients to resolve complex civil litigation matters with a focus on antitrust and procurement matters including bid protests. Rod is particularly skilled at managing cases involving multiple parties, extensive dockets, and significant potential exposure, bringing clarity and structure to matters that might otherwise be overwhelming or disruptive to a client’s business. Prior to joining KH, Rod was a litigation partner at Alston & Bird.
Michelle is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and represents corporations, nonprofits, and political organizations in complex litigation and high-stakes matters. Clients rely on Michelle to navigate employment claims, commercial disputes, and governance issues, as well as general and crisis risk management. Michelle also advises tax-exempt organizations, foundations, and political campaigns on compliance, internal investigations, and election-related matters, serving as a trusted advisor to clients managing legal risk in highly regulated and public-facing environments.
William is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, where he advises clients on private capital transactions (including venture capital and venture debt fundraising), mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, technology transactions, and other complex commercial arrangements. His experience includes preferred stock and convertible debt financings, equity and asset sales, mergers, and sophisticated technology and licensing agreements.
