Lenbrook Names Greg Wellborn as Director, Security

Lenbrook, Atlanta’s premier intown community for engaged senior living for more than 40 years, has named Greg Wellborn as Director, Security. He is responsible for ensuring the security of the Lenbrook campus and overseeing the daily operations of the Security, Concierge and Transportation teams.
“Greg Wellborn brings more than 30 years of safety and security experience to this role, along with extensive knowledge of access control and life safety systems,” said Patrick Rhinehart, Vice President, Community Services. “We welcome him to Lenbrook to lead our purpose-driven teams of security, concierge and transportation professionals who work tirelessly to foster a safe and welcoming environment for our exceptional community.”
Wellborn is known for building and retaining safety-focused teams and is passionate about training and development. He most recently served as director of security for a leading commercial real estate developer, managing a team responsible for the safety of more than three million square feet of office space.
Wellborn is a member of ASIS International (ASIS) and a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a prestigious credential in the security industry, and has been recognized by ASIS for his staff development skills with an Award of Merit. He holds a degree in criminal justice from Clayton State College & University.
