Town at Trilith Welcomes Library Bar and Greystone Local Eatery

Trilith today announced the opening of The Library Bar at independent bookstore Scholar & Scribe, along with the rebrand of Thumbs Up Diner, now operating as Greystone Local Eatery, in its town centre.
 
Known for fostering community through stories, Scholar & Scribe’s Library Bar is an elegant tea and wine caf? inspired by Europe’s literary salons.Programming at The Library Bar will include live piano nights, literary events, scholar talks, wine tastings, author signings and seasonal tasting experiences, extending the bookstore’s mission of fostering fellowship through the love of stories.
“Our vision has always been to create a true community living room — a place where stories, hospitality and relationships intersect,” said Tela Kayne, one of the founders of Scholar & Scribe. “The Library Bar allows us to expand that vision in a way that feels both intimate and elevated, giving people a reason to slow down, connect and savor the moment.”
 
Further down Trilith Parkway, Thumbs Up Diner has rebranded as Greystone Local Eatery. The popular restaurant has expanded its brunch and lunch menu featuring “breakfast originals,” Southern favorites and new dishes such as the King Rashad Burrito, while continuing to serve guest favorites including homemade biscuits, vegan friendly meats, Belgian waffles and heart-smart omelets.
“Community and quality are at the heart of everything we do, which continues to make Trilith a perfect fit for us,” said Joni Tabb, co-owner of Greystone Local Eatery. “We’re excited to continue welcoming guests and serving the brunch favorites our customers love under our new name.”
