Airia Signs Lease at Coda at Tech Square in Midtown Atlanta’s Innovation District

National developer Portman today announced that Airia, a rapidly growing enterprise AI security, orchestration and governance platform, will relocate its local operations to a dedicated office at Coda, the premier mixed-use development at 756 West Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta. The company will move into its new 10,000-square-foot office in April – a notable expansion from its previous coworking space at the development. Stream Realty Partners Managing Directors Preston Menning and Glenn Kolker and Vice President Malik Leaphart manage leasing on behalf of ownership. Airia’s expansion marks a significant milestone for the 16-month-old company, which has already grown to more than 500 paying customers and approximately 170 employees. The Midtown location will serve as Airia’s largest office and a central hub for continued growth.
