The Council for Quality Growth
, in partnership with the
Gwinnett Chamber, will host the 2026 State of Gwinnett County Address on March 6, 2026 at 8:30 AM at 12Stone Church in Lawrenceville. The breakfast program, presented by
Amazon,
Atlas, and
Axis Companies, will feature an annual address from the Chairwoman of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, Nicole Love Hendrickson. Over 1,000 Council and Chamber members, elected officials, businesses, residents, county staff, and partners of Gwinnett County and its 17 cities are expected to attend to hear the Chairwoman’s address.
The Council’s State of Gwinnett County annually convenes the county’s business community with its local government bodies and other local leaders from across the region. Chairwoman Hendrickson will address her community to present achievements and projects from the last year, as well as provide an outlook for what’s ahead in 2026.
For more than four decades, the Council for Quality Growth has partnered with Gwinnett County and its local municipalities to support a strong business climate and advocate for members investing in the community. “Gwinnett County’s thoughtful approach to planning and investment continues to strengthen its position as a leader in our region,” said Michael Paris, President & CEO of the Council. “We value our strong partnership with the County and appreciate Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson’s focus on collaboration and long-term prosperity for Gwinnett’s residents and businesses alike.”
The State of Gwinnett will also feature remarks from the Council for Quality Growth’s President & CEO, Michael Paris, and Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce President & CEO, Nick Masino. Katherine Atteberry, Stormwater Planning Manager at the Atlanta Regional Commission, will deliver an update on behalf of the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District. Additionally, Terreta Rodgers, Head of Community Affairs – Georgia Region at Amazon, and Todd Long, Georgia Division Lead at Atlas, will give presenting sponsor remarks, and Axis Companies will share a video presentation.
