The Gwinnett Chamber launched its newly rebranded Elevate Business Series with an engaging and impactful first session of the year, Beyond High Performance: Redefining What’s Possible. Trey McKnight with Novus Global addressed more than 45 business professionals on leadership, growth, and expanding what success can look like in today’s business environment.

Formerly known as the Small Business Series, the Elevate Business Series reflects an intentional evolution—designed to support businesses of all sizes through practical education, leadership development, and strategies that drive meaningful growth.

Attendees gained valuable insights from the session’s featured speaker, who challenged traditional definitions of performance and encouraged participants to think beyond limits, both individually and organizationally. The discussion created space for reflection, peer connection, and actionable takeaways that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
