Epicurean Atlanta is sharpening its position as Midtown’s leading culinary-driven hotel with the appointment of Jaime Cubias as Executive Chef and Kate Weber as Catering Sales Manager. These strategic hires signal a renewed focus on chef-led dining and high-impact event experiences.

Meet the New Leadership Team

• Executive Chef Jaime Cubias: A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Miami with 20 years of experience in fine dining and luxury hotels.

  • Background: Most recently led the culinary pre-opening at Hotel Grenada. His impressive resume includes leadership roles at The Optimist Atlanta, Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead, and Superica Dunwoody.

  • Focus: Overseeing all culinary operations, from the hotel's signature dining outlets to experiential programming and menu storytelling.

• Catering Sales Manager Kate Weber: An expert in event sales and hospitality operations within the luxury lifestyle sector.

  • Background: Previously served as Sales Manager for District Events & Catering, with additional experience at Alchemy Event Studio and Bold Catering & Design.

  • Focus: Leading catering sales and event execution to deliver seamless, "chef-forward" experiences for corporate and social groups.
