Foxfield Announces Acquisition in Peachtree Corners

Today, Foxfield announced the acquisition of 2975 Northwoods Parkway – a 15-acre infill site in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, positioned for Class A+ shallow-bay industrial redevelopment in one of Northeast Atlanta's most sought-after industrial submarkets.

This acquisition speaks to Foxfield's continued expansion across high-growth Southeastern markets and is the second asset under its Tradehouse platform. Through the Tradehouse platform, the firm develops Class A+ projects along the East Coast where demand for modern, functional shallow-bay space significantly outpaces available supply.

Foxfield will redevelop the site into two Class A+ shallow-bay industrial buildings totaling approximately 217,720 square feet, each featuring 32-foot clear heights, 130-foot-deep truck courts, and robust electrical infrastructure purpose-built to meet the demands of today's logistics and light manufacturing tenants. The development will deliver highly functional, modern product into a supply-constrained infill location where Class A shallow-bay space remains limited.
