The Georgia Brownfield Association (GBA) is pleased to announce its Executive Committee for 2026, welcoming a leadership team with deep experience in brownfield redevelopment, environmental policy, and community revitalization across Georgia.

Jimmy Thomas, Oyamacor Vice President of Operations, has been named President of the Georgia Brownfield Association, following immediate past President Andrea Rimer Brogdon. Brogdon’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing GBA’s programs, strengthening partnerships, and expanding awareness of the value of brownfield redevelopment throughout Georgia. Her continued involvement provides valuable continuity and institutional knowledge to the Board.

Thomas has been involved with the organization for more than 10 years, and brings extensive experience in brownfield redevelopment, environmental site investigation and remediation, environmental compliance, and community engagement with a career dedicated to transforming underutilized properties into productive community assets. As President, he will lead GBA’s efforts to support members, advocate for effective brownfield policy, and promote responsible redevelopment statewide.

“Georgia has made tremendous progress in advancing brownfield redevelopment, and I’m honored to serve as President of the Georgia Brownfield Association,” said Thomas. “I look forward to building on the strong foundation laid by past leadership and continuing to strengthen collaboration among public agencies, private partners, and communities to drive sustainable redevelopment across the state.”

Tina Coleman Robinson, Assistant to the Vice President of Environmental Affairs for Georgia Power, has been named GBA Vice President. Robinson brings a strong background in environmental management and brownfield initiatives, with a focus on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation. In her role, she will support the Association’s mission and help guide long-term organizational priorities.

United Consulting Executive Vice President Leonard Diprima will continue his role as GBA Secretary. Diprima has more than 20 years of experience in brownfield policy, regulatory frameworks, and redevelopment strategy, and will oversee governance, records, and organizational continuity for the Association.
