Granite Properties, a commercial real estate investment, development and management company, announced today two new lease signings at 3630 Peachtree, a 438,910-square foot, Class AA, trophy office building in Buckhead featuring three onsite restaurants including the Michelin-recommended Tomo Japanese Restaurant.

Korn Ferry, a global consulting firm, is relocating its Atlanta office from Midtown to 3630 Peachtree in April 2026. They will occupy 6,700 square feet on the tenth floor. Granite is managing the build-out of their new space. Korn Ferry was founded in 1969. The firm has more than 100 offices worldwide, and more than 9,000 employees.

Moore & Van Allen (MVA), one of the Southeast’s largest law firms, has signed a lease for a 2,500‑square‑foot suite on the ninth floor of 3630 Peachtree. MVA has advised clients in the Atlanta market for many years, and the new office will support attorneys already working in the region and help serve the firm’s growing client base. With existing offices in Charlotte, Charleston, and Raleigh, the Buckhead location will be MVA’s first physical presence outside the Carolinas. MVA is a full‑service law firm with more than 400 attorneys and professionals serving clients across corporate, finance, litigation, regulatory, and other complex legal matters.

Both firms were represented by Ellen Stern of CBRE and Granite was represented by Glenn Kolker, Bryan Heller and Parker Welton of Stream Realty in both transactions.

“We’re proud that 3630 Peachtree continues to attract industry-leading companies seeking a high-quality work environment in Buckhead. This building offers top tier onsite and walkable amenities to attract top talent and bring them close to where their clients are located,” said John Robbins, Senior Managing Director, Granite Properties. “These two lease signings underscore the continued strong demand for Class A office buildings in prime locations. We are also seeing an increased interest in move-in ready office space with flexible lease terms, and we are adding additional spec suites to meet that increased demand,” he added.

“We’re pleased to establish a physical office in Atlanta after supporting clients across the region for many years,” said Tom Mitchell, Chair and Managing Partner of Moore & Van Allen. “The workspace offers the quality and flexibility needed to support our attorneys while also helping us continue to attract top legal talent to meet client needs across the region.”

3630 Peachtree is a 33-floor building consisting of 17 office floors and 16 residential floors by Ritz-Carlton Residences (Granite does not own the Ritz-Carlton Residences side of the project). The LEED Gold certified and Energy Star-rated building’s onsite amenities include the Michelin-recommended Tomo Japanese Restaurant, F&B Atlanta and Table One Café at 3630. The building currently has three spec suites covering 13,000 square feet, a MOVE fitness center, and a MEET conference facility with a boardroom, conference room, private meeting/phone rooms and a large meeting space with seating for up to 65 people. The building offers beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline.

3630 Peachtree has easy access to GA 400 and is a short distance from Buckhead and Lenox MARTA stations. The building is walkable to numerous popular hotels, shops and restaurants, including the upscale Phipps Plaza, Lenox Square Mall and Shops Around Lenox.
