Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Grey McCarthy has joined the firm as a Director in the office Tenant Advisory Group.

McCarthy specializes in office tenant representation and advises corporate occupiers on complex lease negotiations, headquarters strategy, and portfolio optimization across Atlanta and nationally, delivering data-driven real estate solutions to a diverse array of clients.

McCarthy joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE where he was part of the firm’s occupier advisory platform and previously worked with its financial consulting group. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University.
