Lee & Associates is pleased to announce the successful off-market acquisition of 295- 299 Gateway Drive in Canton, Georgia. The transaction includes four industrial buildings totaling 33,000 square feet in the Woodstock/Canton submarket.
The multi-tenant, small-bay industrial portfolio was acquired by Scythe LLC, a family office focused on shallow-bay industrial investments. Mark Thomas and Coleton Awbrey of Lee & Associates represented Scythe LLC in the transaction.
