Tindall Corporation, one of the largest providers of precast concrete solutions, has announced the acquisition of Atlanta Structural Concrete (ASC), an EnCon Company. The transaction will close in July 2026.

“We are pleased to welcome ASC into the Tindall family. This partnership is an important step in our continued growth,” said Cheryl Lang, president and CEO of Tindall. “The strong alignment of values between ASC and Tindall creates a solid foundation for expanding our precast capabilities and enhancing the level of service we provide to the Southeastern market.”

Atlanta Structural Concrete (ASC) is a long-standing precast and prestressed concrete company founded in 1959, making it the oldest precast concrete producer in the Atlanta area. ASC is a full-service specialty contractor, handling everything from preconstruction design and engineering to manufacturing to project management and product installation. The addition of ASC strengthens Tindall’s ability to deliver a broader, more integrated set of capabilities to customers across the region.

“It is an honor to have Atlanta Structural welcomed into the Tindall family of concrete businesses. While the operating objectives of the EnCon Companies have shifted directions, the objective of Tindall and Atlanta Structural remains consistent: ‘to provide the highest quality of service and products to the southeast construction community.’ We are pleased to have contributed to this capability,” said Jim Sorensen, president, EnCon United.
