Chapco Design Build, a division of build-to-rent developer Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), has begun construction on the amenities at The Cottages at Dawsonville, a 193-unit build-to-rent community in Dawsonville, Georgia. This community features JCCG’s Ranch Cottages for Rent product and is Chapco’s second BTR amenity project in Dawsonville.

The amenity package will include a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse with a resort-style pool, fully equipped fitness center and professional management offices, designed to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
