Chapco Design Build, a division of Jim Chapman Construction Group, announces key construction milestones on the amenity package at Wildflower, a single-family community by Empire Homes in East Brainerd, Chattanooga. The project’s 3,917-square-foot clubhouse is now dried in, and construction is underway on the community pool.

Chapco Design Build serves as the general contractor for the amenities. Construction began in November 2025 and is expected to be completed by June 2026, delivering the amenities in approximately eight months.

The completed amenity complex will feature a barn-style clubhouse with an activity center, catering kitchen, flex room, covered side porch and lanai. Residents will also enjoy a resort-style pool, a fire pit area with Adirondack seating and dedicated pickleball courts designed to encourage recreation and connection among residents.
