impactFi Advisors is growing. We’re excited to welcome Christian Ruppe as our Partner and Chief Strategy Officer.

Christian has spent the last decade at the intersection of community banking and technology. He co-founded the bank technology company Monotto before successfully exiting, and most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President at Colony Bank where he led the bank’s technology vision and managed the teams behind treasury, credit card, merchant services, and digital.

He’s the person community bank leaders call when they want to think more clearly about where the industry is headed.

At impactFi, Christian will focus on expanding our strategic advisory work, helping banks design practical technology roadmaps, and bringing fresh thinking into conversations with CEOs and boards.
