The Hoschton-based development is part of the larger Twin Lakes master-planned community, which also ranked as the No. 1-selling master-planned community in metro Atlanta for the past five years. According to MarketNsight data, Cresswind Georgia has held the No. 1 position each year from 2021 through 2025.
