GLOW Breakfast Empowers Women Leaders with Tools for Navigating Conflict
Friday, April 3rd, 2026
The Gwinnett Chamber welcomed a strong group of executive and professional women to TPC Sugarloaf for its April Gwinnett Leadership Organization for Women (GLOW) Breakfast, featuring guest speaker Linnea Miller of Long Table.
Designed to foster both connection and growth, the program focused on a critical leadership skill: navigating conflict with intention. Miller challenged attendees to rethink traditional perceptions of conflict, positioning it not as something to avoid, but as a powerful catalyst for clarity, innovation, and stronger professional relationships.
Through practical insights and real-world applications, attendees explored how to engage in healthy, constructive conflict, and equipping them with tools to lead more effectively, communicate with confidence, and create environments where teams and ideas can thrive.
GLOW continues to serve as a cornerstone program of the Gwinnett Chamber, empowering women leaders through intentional networking, leadership development, and business growth opportunities across Gwinnett and the metro Atlanta region.
The Gwinnett Chamber extends its appreciation to the event’s sponsors, whose support makes programs like GLOW possible: Leading Sponsors AboutFace Skin Care and Northside Hospital; Principal Sponsors Rainbow Village and Walton Gas; and Partner Event Sponsor University of Georgia Gwinnett Campus.
