These homes range from 2,228 to 2,971 square feet of living space with three to five bedrooms and two-car garages, with select plans offering a three-car garage option. Homebuyers can also choose from more than 25 structural options to personalize their home. 

Residents at Salt Grass at Ward Creek will enjoy an array of planned resident-only amenities across the community’s 60-acre footprint.
