Lee & Associates- Atlanta continues to grow its presence in the
Atlanta commercial real estate market, building on steady momentum over the past year. The firm increased its team by 15% in 2025, reflecting a measured approach to growth as it continues to add experienced brokers across its platform.
Since the start of 2026, the firm has welcomed two new Directors, Tommy Crowe and Luke Zabinski, both bringing established industry experience and distinct areas of focus to the team.
Tommy Crowe joins Lee & Associates with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. His background includes tenant representation, landlord leasing, and owner/user sales throughout the Atlanta market. Known for his ability to navigate complex transactions and secure favorable outcomes, Crowe has held roles at several national and regional firms over the course of his career. At Lee & Associates, he is actively working on both office and industrial assignments, advising clients on leasing strategy and transaction execution.
Luke Zabinski, an Atlanta native, joins with a focus on industrial and office investment opportunities. He brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, along with additional transaction and finance expertise developed throughout his broader career. His experience spans multiple market cycles and includes work with institutional investors, private capital, and family offices. Zabinski has been involved in sourcing and executing off-market transactions, particularly within medical office and shallow-bay industrial assets and is focused on expanding investment opportunities and building relationships across the Atlanta market.
The addition of Crowe and Zabinski reflects the firm’s continued effort to grow thoughtfully by adding brokers with diverse experience and long-term perspectives. Both are actively engaged in new and ongoing assignments and are expected to contribute to the firm’s continued development in the years ahead.
