Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that Marc Irvin was promoted to Managing Director Investments in the firm’s Atlanta office. 

Irvin specializes in the advisory and brokerage of shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased properties nationwide. Since joining the firm in 2005, he has built a national client base representing institutional owners, developers, private equity groups and high-net-worth investors, closing more than $1.5 billion in transactions.

Irvin began his career with Marcus & Millichap in Newport Beach before relocating to Atlanta in 2012. He is a member of the firm’s retail and net-lease divisions.
