Providence Group & St. Jude Host 2026 Dream Home Floor Signing in Cumming

The Providence Group, in partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, will host a ceremonial floor signing for the 2026 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home® on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at 604 Silva Street in Cumming, Georgia.
The floor signing marks a key construction milestone, bringing together the builders, subcontractors, vendors, and partners who donate their time, materials and expertise to make the Dream Home a reality. During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to leave handwritten messages and signatures on the home’s foundation, which creates a lasting tribute to the collaborative effort behind the project and a meaningful welcome for the future homeowner.
The Providence Group continues its strong commitment to the St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway, a nationally recognized fundraising program that has raised more than $650 million since its inception. Since beginning in Atlanta in 2023, the initiative has generated significant momentum, with local efforts raising $5.3 million through the generosity of trade partners, sponsors, and homebuyers.
The 2026 Dream Home, located in the Palisades community in Cumming, Georgia, is part of a broader effort to support St. Jude’s mission of finding cures and saving children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Funds raised through the Dream Home Giveaway help ensure that families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food, allowing them to focus entirely on their child’s care.
Following the floor signing, the 2026 campaign will continue with the official media launch and ticket sales opening on April 9, leading into summer open house events and the Dream Home Giveaway drawing later this year. Each ticket sold contributes directly to lifesaving research and treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
