Stonemont, an Atlanta-based private real estate investment firm specializing in healthcare real estate and industrial development, has acquired a 103,184-square-foot medical office building (MOB) in Marietta, Georgia. The property, Northside East Cobb Medical Center, is the latest addition to Stonemont’s expanding healthcare real estate portfolio nationwide.

Anchored by Northside Hospital, East Cobb Medical Center is located at 4800 Olde Towne Parkway in Marietta and is 100% leased. The building was built in 2018 and spans four stories with 400 parking spaces provided within the surface lot. It houses Northside’s Imaging, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Primary Care and Urgent Care providers as well as an array of physician specialty groups. This transaction was in partnership with Harrison Street Asset Management and marks the third acquisition with the Stonemont and Harrison Street team.
