Led by real estate veteran Michelle Hewell in partnership with land development visionary Cameron Henderson, Foundation Partners Realty bridges the gap between brokerage, development and builder strategy.

Hewell most recently led a multi-office New Homes Division for a nationally recognized brokerage, where she trained and mentored more than 100 agents as certified New Home Sales Specialists while strengthening builder relationships and supporting community sales initiatives throughout metro Atlanta. Her background also includes direct experience building, renovating and flipping homes, providing hands-on insight into construction, budgeting, timelines and finish selections.

Henderson brings extensive land development and entitlement expertise to the partnership. A Georgia Tech graduate with more than a decade of experience in development, construction and project management, he founded Atlas Group to focus on land use, entitlement strategy and development opportunities throughout the state.
