Hector Casablanca, PE Joins Thomas & Hutton as Environmental Project Manager

Thomas & Hutton (T&H), a privately held and employee-owned professional services firm known for its award-winning culture and 80 years of shaping communities across the Southeast, is pleased to welcome Hector Casablanca, PE, to the firm’s Atlanta office as an Environmental Project Manager.

Hector is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and delivery. He joins T&H with extensive experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects and coordinating utility needs for complex developments across the Southeast.

Most recently, Hector served as a Senior Water Strategy Manager for Amazon Web Services, where he led water supply strategy efforts for hyperscale data center campuses in Georgia and Mississippi. Throughout his career in both consulting and owner-side roles, he has managed multidisciplinary teams and delivered water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects for municipal, industrial, and large-scale development clients nationwide, while also mentoring and developing engineering staff.

Hector earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with Honors from the University of Florida. At T&H, he will support water and wastewater infrastructure projects while helping clients navigate complex utility and development challenges tied to large-scale growth.
