Savills announces that Brad Anderson has joined the firm as Vice President, Operations Performance, a national role based in Atlanta. His addition marks a strategic expansion of Savills industrial and logistics advisory capabilities, further advancing the firm’s evolution into a more comprehensive, end-to-end platform for occupiers.

Anderson joins the recently created Savills Operations Performance group, a first-to-market integrated industrial real estate and operations advisory platform that combines portfolio strategy, supply chain consulting and operational optimization into a single offering for occupiers. The group was created to help organizations make more informed decisions about where and how they operate by aligning real estate strategy with operational performance, automation and long-term business objectives, enhancing the firm’s ability to support clients from early-stage site selection and portfolio strategy through implementation and ongoing operational optimization.

“Organizations are facing increasing pressure to adapt their supply chains and operating models in response to market disruption, growth and shifting customer demands,” said Wonil Gregg, Senior Vice President, Customer Success & Engagement, Operations Performance at Savills. “Bringing Brad on board expands our ability to both define optimal real estate strategies and help clients execute that vision. His experience translating strategy into real-world implementation strengthens our ability to deliver measurable improvements in capacity, efficiency and overall performance.”

Anderson brings more than 25 years of experience in global supply chain consulting and operations strategy, with a track record of helping organizations align business strategy with facility design, automation and operational execution. Before joining Savills, he held senior leadership roles at FORTNA, where he led global consulting and professional services teams across multiple geographies and built scalable operating models to support complex client engagements. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Forte and Kurt Salmon Associates, advising organizations on supply chain transformation and operational performance initiatives.

“Savills creates an opportunity to engage with clients earlier in the decision-making process, when real estate and operational considerations are most closely aligned,” Anderson said. “By bringing together strategy, site selection and operational execution, we can help organizations make more informed decisions about where and how they operate, while building the flexibility needed to support long-term growth.”

The firm’s investment in its Operations Performance capabilities reflects a broader strategy to provide clients with integrated advisory services that extend beyond traditional brokerage, supporting occupiers throughout the full lifecycle of their real estate and operational decisions.

In addition to advising clients directly, Anderson will play a key role in building and scaling the team to support the growing demand for integrated industrial and logistics solutions across North America.
