Selig Enterprises, one of Atlanta’s most storied family-owned commercial real estate companies, has announced the promotions of six leaders at the firm. Yolanda King has been named vice president of property management; Pamela Buie, vice president of accounting and finance; Patrick Girard, vice president of investments; Elizabeth Hagin, vice president of marketing and communications; Ruth Crittenden, associate vice president of development; and Taana Kow-Mayes, associate vice president of marketing and placemaking.
These promotions come on the heels of Malloy Peterson being named COO and Greg Lewis and Mindy Selig as co-CEOs. As Selig Enterprises enters its 108th year, the company is advancing a strategic vision centered on expanding its development pipeline, growing its operational capabilities, and deepening the long-term relationships that have defined Selig for over a century."

Yolanda King, Vice President, Property Management
King joined Selig Enterprises in 2016 as a property manager and has since been involved with multiple phases of asset life, including new development, acquisitions, and dispositions. In her new role, King will lead the company’s property management arm, focusing on operational excellence, portfolio performance and enhancing the tenant experience. In addition to her work at Selig, King serves on the Board of Directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta and is an active participant on national committees within the CREW Network. She is a member of ICSC and completed the ICSC Management training program in 2007, and earned both the Certified Shopping Center Manager designation and the Certified Retail Real Estate Professional designation in 2019.
Pamela Buie, Vice President, Accounting & Finance
Buie is a Certified Public Accountant and has been with Selig since 1993. She is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and accounting operations for the company and its subsidiaries, including leadership of the accounting, payroll, and accounts payable teams. Buie is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and is actively involved with NG3, a nonprofit organization focused on character development for high school students.
Patrick Girard, Vice President, Investments
Girard is responsible for evaluating development and acquisition opportunities, structuring debt and equity financing, and managing lender and investor relationships across the company’s commercial, residential and mixed-use portfolio. He is a graduate of the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2026 and an active member of NAIOP Georgia, where he currently co-chairs the Philanthropy Committee and previously served on the Executive Committee of the Future Leaders program. He also regularly volunteers with the Ron Clark Academy.
Elizabeth Hagin, Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Joining Selig in 2014, Hagin leads marketing, creative and communications for the company’s 15 million-square-foot portfolio and its extensive pipeline of new development. Hagin has been a member of the teams responsible for award-winning projects such as The Works, 1105 West Peachtree, 40 West 12th, 12th & Midtown and City Springs. Additionally, Hagin is a member of ICSC, ULI and an alumnus of the Pathbuilders Achieva Program.
Ruth Crittenden, Associate Vice President, Development
Crittenden leads the planning and execution of Selig’s development projects, overseeing design coordination and managing construction from initial planning through completion. She remains involved during the transition to property management, supporting teams post-delivery to help ensure smooth operations. Since 2007, she has managed development and construction for more than $2 billion in metro Atlanta commercial and mixed-use projects, including 1075 and 1065 Peachtree, 77 12th Street, 60 11th Street, Buckhead’s Rocca and Vallate and 1105 West Peachtree. Her work has contributed to the delivery of approximately 1.3 million square feet of Class A office space, 200,000 square feet of retail, more than 1,100 luxury residences and nearly 600 hotel rooms.
Taana Kow-Mayes, Associate Vice President, Marketing & Placemaking
Kow-Mayes focuses on creative strategy, branding, signage, art and events across Selig’s portfolio. She provides leadership to the team responsible for driving brand awareness for the company’s retail, office and industrial assets. Taana has been a key contributor to the development of The Works, Selig’s legacy adaptive reuse project in Atlanta’s Upper Westside. Her efforts to date include building a community-driven sense of place through art and events and working with stakeholders to create unique activations and experiences. The Works now hosts more than 400 activations per year. Additionally, she is a member of ICSC, a graduate of Pathbuilders Lead and earned a dual degree from Georgia State University in Real Estate and Marketing.
