On the heels of announcing Brian Smith as President, Atlanta-headquartered Brand Properties is making another move to solidify its leadership team and ready the firm for a significant growth spurt — two CRE veterans are filling two newly-created C-Suite positions: Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer  —  and Brand has added nearly a half-million SF to its leasing portfolio since the beginning of 2025, with another half-million expected before 2027.

Lynn Lewis joins the firm as Chief Operating Officer, leading and overseeing the development of the property management and property accounting teams that currently manage a portfolio of 5 million SF of retail, office, flex and land.

Recently promoted, Shannon Lasswell now serves as Chief Strategy Officer tasked with developing and executive long-term growth strategies.
