Fagan Law Group Expands Elite Family Law Practice with Strategic Attorney Additions & New Buckhead Office
Friday, June 26th, 2026
Fagan Law Group, a highly sought-after boutique family law practice
based in Atlanta, today announces the addition of three attorneys to its team and the relocation of its offices to a premier Buckhead address at Tower Place 100 (3340 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 580, Atlanta, GA 30326). The expansion comes as demand for sophisticated family law representation in Metro Atlanta continues to grow alongside the region's population. It reflects the firm's commitment to delivering personalized counsel in complex custody, high-asset divorce, and family law matters throughout Georgia.
Metro Atlanta is now home to more than 6.3 million residents, making it one of the fastest-growing major metropolitan areas in the Southeast and the ninth largest in the United States. As the region's population grows, so does the legal complexity facing individuals and families navigating divorce, custody, and related matters. Georgia's divorce rate has historically tracked above the national average, underscoring sustained demand for skilled, client-focused family law representation in markets like Atlanta.
“Atlanta is growing, and with that growth comes an increasing number of families navigating significant life transitions,” said Jessica Reece Fagan, founder and managing attorney of Fagan Law Group. "Our clients often face uniquely complex financial and custody issues that require both sophisticated legal strategy and exceptional discretion. Michael, Emma, and Sari each bring outstanding credentials and a client-first mindset that aligns with our commitment to providing concierge-level representation to our clients."
A New Home in the Heart of Buckhead
Over the past several years, Fagan Law Group has become a trusted advisor to executives, business owners, public figures, and families facing complex domestic relations matters requiring strategic counsel, discretion, and sophisticated financial analysis. That growth brought with it the need for a larger, more prominent home.
Fagan Law Group's new offices are located at Tower Place 100, one of Buckhead's most recognized Class A commercial addresses. Situated at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Tower Place Drive, the building provides immediate access to Buckhead's business and legal community and is well-positioned relative to Atlanta's courthouse corridor and major transportation routes throughout the metro area.
The move to a larger, upgraded space reflects the firm’s growth trajectory and is designed to support the firm's white-glove approach, as the new office offers a refined, discreet environment where clients can address highly personal legal matters with confidence. Tower Place 100 offered an environment consistent with the firm's reputation for serving discerning clients facing complex and highly sensitive family law matters.
The search for the right space was deliberate and thorough. Fagan Law Group worked with Maren Christian, Senior Vice President at JLL Brokerage, over the course of nearly eighteen months before landing at Tower Place 100. “Jessica came in with a clear vision for her firm’s future and was not willing to compromise on quality or location. She was looking for a space that reflected the caliber of the firm and the expectations of it clientele,” said Christian. “She knew what she wanted, which included a prestigious Buckhead address, a space that felt polished and professional from day one, and a location that provides discretion and privacy for clients. Tower Place 100 delivered all of that.”
Christian noted that the Buckhead office market, while appearing well-supplied on the surface, presents real constraints for tenants with specific requirements.
“When you narrow the criteria to move-in ready suites in true Class A buildings in prime locations, the options shrink considerably,” she said. “Finding Suite 580 at Tower Place 100 in great condition, in one of Buckhead’s most recognized towers, right in the heart of the business district, was the result of a disciplined and thorough search. This suite also provides room for growth, and we are already in active conversations with the landlord about expanding the space further.”
Christian also spoke to the broader significance of the transaction for the Buckhead submarket. “When established, growing professional firms like Fagan Law Group commit to Buckhead, it reinforces the submarket’s strength and signals confidence in its long-term trajectory,” she said.
Michael A. Head, Family Law Attorney Michael A. Head joins Fagan Law Group as a family law attorney, bringing a meticulous, client-centered approach to the full range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and post-judgment modification and enforcement.

Before entering private practice, Cavagnaro gained experience through judicial and governmental clerkships across the Southeast. She served as a judicial clerk for Judge David McCarty of the Mississippi Court of Appeals and worked in the Investigations Division of the Mississippi Office of the State Auditor. That background in judicial process and government operations informs a practice approach centered on thoroughness, strategic preparation, and clear communication.
Emma’s empathetic personality, background, and meticulous preparation make her particularly effective in matters involving significant financial estates, business interests, and complex custody disputes where strategic advocacy and attention to detail are paramount. Sari Wisoff, Associate Sari Wisoff joins Fagan Law Group as an associate, bringing a client-centered approach shaped by her professional background and commitment to empathy-first legal practice.

(MENALSA).
Wisoff began her legal career in commercial real estate, where she developed sharp negotiation skills and experience navigating complex transactions. She later transitioned to family law, finding a practice area aligned with her passion for helping individuals and families through meaningful life transitions. She is particularly well-suited to navigating complex custody and asset division cases.
