On April 22, Harry Norman, REALTORS®, the Atlanta affiliate of Forbes Global Properties and Diamond sponsor of the 2026 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Southeastern Designer Showhouse for the tenth consecutive year, hosted an exclusive viewing party for over 150 agents at this year’s featured home, located at 4881 Powers Ferry Road in Atlanta’s coveted Chastain Park neighborhood. The nearly 13,000-square-foot residence is a sophisticated European transitional home designed to evolve through every stage of family life.

Constructed by Hask Custom Homes, with architecture by Linda MacArthur and landscaping by Floralis Garden Design, this year’s showhouse features more than 20 acclaimed interior designers from across the Southeast. The residence blends timeless European transitional architecture with layered interiors curated by specifications designer Claudia Stimmel, showcasing handmade tile, custom cabinetry, wide plank hardwood floors, and polished nickel and unlacquered brass fixtures.
 
Highlights of the home include expansive entertaining spaces, a chef’s kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a main-level primary suite with dual custom closets, and a 4,000-square-foot lower level dedicated to wellness and recreation. Additional amenities include a gym, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, wine cellar, golf simulator, game room, outdoor kitchen and pool.
 
Guests enjoyed an afternoon of mingling while touring the home’s exceptional design and craftsmanship. Avenue Catering provided an elevated selection of food and beverages as attendees explored the thoughtfully designed spaces throughout the residence.
 
Proceeds from this year’s showhouse benefit Solidarity Sandy Springs, a nonprofit organization and food pantry dedicated to supporting overlooked families in the local community.
