Hosted at the property’s recently opened event lawn and rooftop bar, Bless Your Heart on Sunday, June 21, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the Smoke & Fire Celebration offers guests an early look at what will become Atlanta's definitive game-day tradition this fall. Timed alongside the highly anticipated international match between Spain and Saudi Arabia, the event serves as the centerpiece of a June calendar filled with Juneteenth programming, cocktail experiences, and seasonal celebrations throughout the property.

For Father’s Day, Executive Chef Christian Quiñones will host live Big Green Egg grilling demonstrations while preparing an Asador-inspired menu that reflects his culinary journey. With more than two decades of experience spanning luxury hotels in Puerto Rico, New York, Miami, Atlanta, and Aspen, Quiñones brings a global perspective shaped by both fine dining and open-fire cooking. A graduate of the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián, Spain, and winner of MasterChef Latino, this special menu showcases the flavors and techniques that have influenced his career. Featured dishes include Grilled Tomahawk Steak with Bone Marrow Chimichurri, Pollo a la Brasa, and Grilled Lamb Saddle with Brown Butter Caper Pistou, accompanied by rosemary-roasted potatoes, smoked eggplant salad, and tabbouleh. Guests can enjoy lawn games and a lively match-day atmosphere beginning at 11 AM, creating a genuine afternoon celebration for fathers and the families who honor them.

Hotel Phoenix will commemorate Juneteenth at Bless Your Heart with an evening rooted in community and the enduring legacy of Black hospitality. In partnership with Edmond's Honor Bourbon, the hotel invites guests to gather and raise a glass with two signature cocktails: the Edmond's Honor Espresso Martini and a refreshing Hibiscus Mule, alongside special activations from Edmond's Honor.

Also on June 19, Zephyr, Hotel Phoenix’s Southern-inspired French brasserie, will partner with Bayab Gin for a National Martini Day celebration featuring a signature cocktail created by Beverage Director Thandi Walton. The 50/50 Martini combines 50/50 Bayab Gin, vermouth maraschino, and a dash of orange bitters, offering a balanced, elegant take on the timeless cocktail. A traditional Bayab Gin Martini will also be available for attendees who enjoy a more classic approach.

The Father's Day “Smoke & Fire” Celebration offers a preview of the Phoenix Tailgate Club, a new bookable game-day experience launching this fall. The debut season will begin with Auburn vs. Baylor and continue throughout the Atlanta Falcons season, with select college football packages available for marquee matchups, including the Florida-Georgia rivalry and other highly anticipated games that draw fans to Atlanta from across the Southeast.
