Parkland Residential, the build-to-rent division of Parkland Communities, announces that Springlake Park has officially received rezoning approval from the City of Lawrenceville for a new 90-home build-to-rent community at the corner of Springlake Road and Paper Mill Road.

The property was rezoned to RM-12 to accommodate stacked townhomes and marks another milestone in Parkland Residential’s continued expansion in Gwinnett County. Land development is now underway, with homes anticipated to be delivered in spring 2028.

The new community, Springlake Park, will feature approximately 90 stacked townhomes designed for renters seeking professionally managed homes with modern finishes and low-maintenance living. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, cabana and green space designed to encourage outdoor recreation and community gathering.

“We appreciate the support and collaboration from the City of Lawrenceville throughout the rezoning process,” said Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Residential. “The mayor and city leadership have been a pleasure to work with as we continue investing in thoughtfully planned housing opportunities that complement the city’s long-term vision for growth.”

Located just a short distance from the company’s successful Sugarloaf Landing community, Springlake Park will serve as the next opportunity for renters seeking this popular lifestyle and product type.

Springlake Park is expected to feature Parkland Residential’s popular Laurel and Dogwood floor plans, along with a potential four-bedroom plan designed to meet the need for larger rental homes.

As demand for high-quality rental housing continues throughout metro Atlanta, Springlake Park expands Parkland Residential’s growing portfolio of build-to-rent communities focused on design and convenience.
