Trilogy Investment Company Closes Construction Loan for REV3 at Stars Way in Metro Atlanta

Trilogy Investment Company, a vertically integrated residential development and investment firm, has closed a construction loan for REV3 at Stars Way, a 122-unit build-to-rent townhome community in Emerson, Georgia. With civil construction underway and vertical construction set to begin in late June, the milestone advances development of the community and further expands Trilogy’s build-to-rent portfolio across metro Atlanta and other high-growth Sun Belt markets.

Located northwest of Atlanta along the Interstate 75 corridor, Emerson and the surrounding Bartow County region continue to attract new residents and employers seeking access to the area’s transportation infrastructure and growing economic base. The corridor has benefited from sustained population growth, expanding industrial and logistics investment, and continued migration into suburban communities offering convenient access to major employment centers throughout metro Atlanta.
