Early in his career he was named a top broker at Coldwell Banker and later rose to become the number one broker in Atlanta for CB Richard Ellis and the number three broker on the Atlanta Commercial Board. During his tenure at CBRE, he founded the firm’s Global Logistics Practice Group in 1994 and was consistently ranked among the top producers globally. Demperio went on to open and lead the Atlanta office for Panattoni Development Company as managing partner.

“Mike’s experience and reputation in the industry are unmatched,” said Cliff Booth, founder and chairman at Westmount Realty Capital. “As we continue to grow our presence in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast, his leadership and deep relationships will be instrumental in advancing our development strategy.”
