Bradley Welcomes Bankruptcy Partner Sean C. Kulka to Atlanta Office

Bradley has added Sean C. Kulka to the firm’s Atlanta office as a partner in the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, further strengthening the firm’s restructuring and insolvency capabilities and continuing the strategic growth of its presence in Atlanta.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Kulka focuses his practice on advising debtors, creditors’ committees, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, and fiduciaries through complex legal matters spanning a multitude of industries, including retail, restaurant, hospitality, real estate, telecommunications, manufacturing, gaming, farming, and insurance. He has handled several significant Chapter 11 cases throughout the country and is known for his practical, business-oriented approach to client service.
Mr. Kulka has been recognized in Chambers USA as a leading practitioner in the Georgia Bankruptcy/Restructuring section since 2024 and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the area of Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law since 2025. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Section of Bankruptcy, the Secured Finance Network, and the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Kulka earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Michigan State University.
