Brasserie Lundi and The Peacherie Anchor Hospitality Experience at 1375 Peachtree Amid New Leasing Momentum
Tuesday, July 21st, 2026
1375 Peachtree brings a thoughtful approach to the office experience through hospitality-led dining in Midtown. Designed to bring convenience, community and a sense of ease to the quick-paced energy within the neighborhood, Brasserie Lundi and the Peacherie Food Hall serve as the building’s culinary anchors, offering chef-driven experiences for both tenants and the surrounding area.
Building on strong leasing momentum and continued evolution into a hospitality-forward workplace destination, 1375 Peachtree recently welcomed Drew Eckl & Farnham as its newest tenant. The law firm will relocate its headquarters to the sixth floor this December, bringing its Atlanta teams together on a single, full-floor space.
The development is complemented by on-site dining, both within the Peacherie Food Hall and the lobby-level restaurant, Brasserie Lundi. Created by Hospitality HQ, the Brooklyn-based group co-founded by Chef Akhtar Nawab, these concepts were built around Nawab’s belief that food should be thoughtful, communal and crafted with purpose.
Brasserie Lundi is an American brasserie that offers an elevated yet approachable setting for everything from client lunches and team meetings to after-work cocktails and dinner, with a thoughtfully crafted menu that balances seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and something for every palate. The Peacherie Food Hall provides a more casual, flexible dining experience for guests. Designed for the pace of the modern workday, the multi-concept food hall features all-day options from Perfect Seasoning, a concept known for its bold, authentic Jamaican cuisine, and Discourse Eatery, a soul food destination offering hearty, comforting southern fare.
Together, Brasserie Lundi and the Peacherie Food Hall are integrated into the daily rhythm of the building, serving tenants, like new lessees Drew Eckl & Farnham, and business visitors alike.
Brasserie Lundi is open Monday through Friday for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 3:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. (until 10 p.m. on Fridays), with weekend brunch served Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner on Saturdays from 5 to 10 p.m. The Peacherie Food Hall is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays until 10 p.m.
