Dermody Announces Leasing Activity at LogistiCenter® at South Forsyth

Dermodya diversified private equity investment management company focused exclusively on the national logistics real estate sector—is pleased to announce that SKYSCAPE® Canopies/Awnings Above has leased 64,891 square feet at LogistiCenter® at South Forsyth, a 93,650-square-foot, Class A logistics facility located at 7515 New Boyd Road in Suwanee, Georgia. The remaining 28,759 square feet is available for immediate occupancy. 
 
SKYSCAPE® Canopies/Awnings Above is a family-operated company that designs, manufactures and installs custom shade solutions for commercial projects throughout the United States and Canada, including extruded aluminum canopy systems, trellis, awnings and walkway covers. LogistiCenter® at South Forsyth will serve as its primary operations hub, housing manufacturing and related business functions as the company continues to grow.

Located within Johns Creek Technology Park, the facility is well-suited for small-to-midsized manufacturing, distribution and warehouse users seeking access to a dense residential base and high-quality labor pool.
