Dermody Announces Leasing Activity at LogistiCenter® at South Forsyth

Dermody—a diversified private equity investment management company focused exclusively on the national logistics real estate sector—is pleased to announce that SKYSCAPE® Canopies/Awnings Above has leased 64,891 square feet at LogistiCenter® at South Forsyth, a 93,650-square-foot, Class A logistics facility located at 7515 New Boyd Road in Suwanee, Georgia. The remaining 28,759 square feet is available for immediate occupancy.
SKYSCAPE® Canopies/Awnings Above is a family-operated company that designs, manufactures and installs custom shade solutions for commercial projects throughout the United States and Canada, including extruded aluminum canopy systems, trellis, awnings and walkway covers. LogistiCenter® at South Forsyth will serve as its primary operations hub, housing manufacturing and related business functions as the company continues to grow.
