Emory is expanding its footprint at Northlake Mall, reinforcing its long-term investment in the city of Tucker and supporting the continued growth of Emory Healthcare. Since 2019, Emory Healthcare has leased approximately 274,000 square feet at the mall. The new lease will more than double that occupancy.

The increased presence follows an ownership change for the property. The Centurian Foundation purchased Northlake Mall and the deal closed on July 1.

Emory Healthcare currently houses a variety of administrative and clinical operations at Northlake Mall. In recent years, the site has also grown to include a primary care center, which opened in 2025, and a child care center operated in partnership with Primrose School, which opened in 2024. The newly leased space will provide additional capacity to consolidate Emory Healthcare business functions and support future operational needs.

Emory values its strong partnerships with the City of Tucker and DeKalb County and looks forward to continuing to invest in and engage with the local community. In addition to its Northlake Mall presence, Emory owns the Emory University Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital on nearby Montreal Road.
