JLL today announces Mary Margaret Murphy has been promoted to Development Management Team Lead of Project and Development Services (PDS) for the firm’s Atlanta office. In this role, she will guide the team as they continue delivering owner's representative project management and advisory services for complex ground-up new construction and major renovation projects across commercial and institutional sectors throughout the Southeast.

Murphy brings more than 11 years of specialized development experience at JLL. She will direct strategic operations while ensuring alignment with client objectives and maintaining JLL’s commitment to excellence. Known for her exceptional client service and collaborative team leadership, she’s ideally suited to lead this team.
Her experience includes serving as project director for Canterbury Court's $200 million senior living expansion, leading the 350,000-square-foot Georgia Tech Research Institute Cobb South Campus redevelopment and managing numerous projects for the University System of Georgia Board of Regents across multiple campuses across the state. She is currently managing a major expansion for The Atlanta Botanical Garden, which will begin construction this fall.
