Select Fulton announces the appointment of Christine Grigsby as Deputy Director overseeing WorkSource Fulton. Grigsby brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in workforce development, economic opportunity programs, compliance, performance accountability, and public-sector administration. Her expertise will help advance WorkSource Fulton's mission of connecting residents to high-demand careers while supporting the workforce needs of existing businesses and new employers investing in Fulton County.

Most recently, Grigsby served as Regional Director with Equus Workforce Solutions, where she provided executive oversight of a multi-state portfolio of workforce programs, including the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment & Training (SNAP E&T), and Wagner-Peyser programs. She led operations across five states, managed 249 employees and 18 direct reports, and oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

As Deputy Director, Grigsby will oversee WorkSource Fulton during a pivotal period that includes WIOA program implementation, board certification, vendor transitions, performance management, and continued alignment between workforce development and Fulton County's broader economic development strategy.  "Workforce development is one of the strongest drivers of economic growth," says Samir Abdullahi, Director, Select Fulton.
